Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd line support to customers using our applications.
* Deal directly with customers both electronically and on the phone.
* Provide 2nd level investigation support for customer queries and incidents.
* Execute allocated test scripts during development of maintenance releases for software applications.
* Support during the roll‑out of applications.
* Conduct user training on site.
Qualifications
* Computer literate to a basic level.
* Demonstrate a pre‑existing right to work and travel within the EU.
* Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check may be required depending on the role.
