5. Working Pattern: Part-Time (23 hours per week)
Working Hours:
6. Tuesday: 1 PM - 6 PM
7. Wednesday: 1 PM - 6 PM
8. Thursday: 1 PM - 6 PM
9. Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM (1-hour lunch break)
What You'll Do:
10. Welcome and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
11. Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries efficiently
12. Maintain a professional reception area with a neat and organised appearance
13. Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. A cheerful attitude and a passion for customer service
16. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
17. Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role is a plus
