Deputy Manager Children s Residential Home – Location: Romford (RM1); Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our clients 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in Romford. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role within a supportive and growing organisation.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a Children s Residential setting (essential)
* Level 3 Children & Young People qualification (or equivalent)
* Working towards, or willing to undertake, Level 5 Leadership & Management in Children s Residential Services
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
* A genuine commitment to improving the lives of young people
