This Management Accounts Assistant role reports directly to the Financial Controller, who will be a brilliant mentor for a candidate who has ambitions to progress within a business. In terms of exposure, this role is heavily month end focused and, with support and training, will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to look after their own set of Management Accounts. Management accounts production and support for allocated contracts. Liaising with site teams and operational managers to gather information relevant to the reporting function. Involvement in Monthly meetings with operational leaders to provide them with figures and details of how their work areas are performing against budgeted expectations.
