Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
1. Location: Banstead, Surrey

4. FTE Salary: £25,001
5. Pro Rata Salary: £20,910.76
6. Pay Range: GLF Associate Grade 3.1
7. Hours: 35 hrs per week Monday - Friday 8.00am - 15.30pm (Term time 39 weeks)

Tradewind is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and nurturing individual to join the Nursery at an Infants and Juniors School, with a vibrant and welcoming team, on a permanent basis as soon as possible.
If you're a passionate Educator with a committment to supporting children age 0 - 3 years in such a key part of their development, as they learn and grow more than ever, we would love to hear from you. This role is best suited to a Nursery Practitioner who has completed a Level 3 qualification in childcare, but we are open to applicants with experience only.

What we are looking for
9. Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in childcare
10. Achieved GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
11. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
12. Demonstrates a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
13. Confident in implementing safeguarding procedures and maintaining appropriate boundaries
14. Knowledge of keyworker systems, health and safety in a nursery setting, and equal opportunities
15. Effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
16. Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
