Role: Marketing + Communications Executive
Location: Remote Working – ideally based in the Midlands
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Marketing and Communications Executive to join a fun, exciting and fast-paced marketing team. The role plays a critical part in turning brand strategy into in-restaurants results. You will act as the linchpin between central operations and marketing to deliver traffic and sales driving initiatives across more than 30 restaurants within the TGI Fridays portfolio.

Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the key responsibilities will include:
Create and deliver store collateral in line with campaigns.
Being the Brand team lead on internal communications with Central Ops, restaurants, and relevant key stakeholders
Lead the market and competitor intelligence staying up to speed with the new products, promotions, social activity, and activations.
Coordinating marketing team meetings and ensuring relevant minutes are distributed to stakeholders for action.
Own weekly communication to restaurants, ensuring General Managers are fully aligned with marketing activities.
Manage workflow, distribution, and approval process of all store point of sale materials with printer suppliers.
Monitor and manage all enquiries to the Marketing and PR inboxes.
Manage all incoming supplier invoices and ensure approval processes are completed accurately and on time.
Ensure the promotional calendar is up to date and communicated to the wider marketing and cross functional teams.
Represent the Brand team for all Fridays & Go marketing support.
Support menu cross-checks, ensuring all external and internal stakeholders have accurate and up-to-date menu information.
Own terms and conditions for all offers and promotions, ensuring legal approval and publication.
Assist with managing campaign planning including the creation and ownership of campaign timelines.
Ensure all assets in the Local Marketing Toolkit are up to date, refreshing and aligned with brand standards.
Support PR and influencers' activities when required.
Liaise with external partners to update third party websites, shopping centres, retail parks. Facilitate partnerships and collaborations.
Support execution of local digital and social activity, ensuring content accuracy and campaign alignment.
The Person
A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience ideally in a retail or hospitality
Track record of effectively planning and implementing multichannel marketing plan
Excellent interpersonal skills for developing relationships with cross functions.
Passion and experience within casual dining sector a preference

Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent in marketing (from a renowned Marketing educator e.g. CIM) desired
