A fast-growing media and advertising business specialising in Connected TV (CTV), streaming and on-demand advertising is looking for an experienced Head of Ad Operations to lead the delivery and optimisation of advertising campaigns across its expanding channel portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in CTV, programmatic advertising or digital ad operations who enjoys combining technical campaign management with team leadership and commercial strategy.
Youll play a key role in managing campaign delivery, overseeing inventory and publisher relationships, improving operational processes and helping shape the future growth of the business.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day ad operations function, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Working closely with the sales and commercial teams, youll manage campaign delivery across streaming and on-demand TV channels, while also helping to improve systems, workflows and team performance.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the setup, trafficking and delivery of CTV and digital advertising campaigns
Overseeing campaign pacing, inventory management and delivery reporting
