Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer in Motor Vehicles to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture Motor Vehicles team on a permanent, full‑time basis.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate student learning through effective teaching and assessment, ensuring students achieve their educational goals.
* Manage teaching programmes and regularly assess student progress.
* Maintain high standards of discipline and morale inside and outside the classroom.
* Monitor and record student progress and interventions.
* Keep abreast of developments in the professional field through continuous learning and engagement with the industry.
Qualifications
* Relevant professional qualifications in motor vehicle education.
* Recent industry experience.
* Experience in teaching and course development (preferred).
