About The Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a team dedicated to keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. This role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.
What Youinish You'll Do

Property Maintenance
* Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property.
* Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs.
* Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
Operations
* Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software.
* Maintain budgets and inventory for maintenance supplies.
* Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
Team Leadership
* Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team.
* Provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.

What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification required.
* Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred; associates hired without a CPO certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire.
* Three or more years hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required.
* Supervisory experience required.
* Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
* Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
* Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
* A valid drivers license required.

Compensation & Benefits
Estimated Rate of Pay: $28.20 - $30.90 per hour. This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates. The pay range is determined by skills and experience required, location, and job complexity. Potential offers may vary based on the candidate's skills, education, and experience. The range reflects base rate only and does not include allowances, perks, commissions, or bonuses (if any).
