Role Description
This is a full-time Account Manager position based in either the Manchester or London areas. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include growing accounts through upselling opportunities, identifying client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, resolving issues, and proactively engaging to build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving
* Skills in sales, upselling, and identifying business growth opportunities
* Experience in project coordination and delivering client-focused solutions
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
* Familiarity with financial modeling and software solutions is preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
