Key Points Immediate start available Fixed-term contract with strong exposure across finance Broad, hands-on role across transactional and reporting tasks Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to build experience quickly in a fast-moving setting The Role Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team, you will support the smooth running of finance operations while assisting with key reporting processes. This is a varied position offering a mix of processing, reconciliation and reporting support, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved across all areas of finance. Key Responsibilities Support daily finance activities across the department Assist with month-end processes, including journal postings Review and prepare daily and weekly sales information Process payments and maintain banking records Set up payment templates and assist with electronic payments Raise manual invoices and maintain accurate records Perform bank and control account reconciliations Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure accuracy Provide general accounts and administrative support as required About You You will be organised, proactive and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. You enjoy problem-solving, take pride in accuracy and are confident communicating with colleagues across the business.
