Support Worker (Adult Learning Disabilities)
Hours: Full or part-time hours available
Location: Rowan Court, Holmfirth (HD9 3TQ)
Salary: £12.31/hr (day shifts) and £12.91/hr (waking nights) *to be reviewed in April 2026 - we always pay more than the NMW.

Looking out across the Holme Valley, Rowan Court can accommodate fifteen adults in en-suite rooms. Set across three floors, the people who live here share communal living space, an interactive room and outdoor gardens. The views from the two balconies are breath-taking and it's just a short walk into the centre of Holmfirth.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll provide daytoday holistic support to adults, following the Trust's intrinsic principles and behaviours. Your work will help individuals maintain independence, feel included in their communities, and enjoy the best possible quality of life. You'll work closely with Senior Support Workers, our experienced Deputy Manager, and the Registered Manager as part of a dedicated and valuesdriven team.

Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential
