Job Purpose Responsible for timely and accurate tax reporting and UK tax compliance for the UK group including TechnipFMC plc, the ultimate parent company. Plan and lead the UK corporate income tax provision reporting for the UK group UK group tax reporting under US GAAP, ASC740, IFRS and SoX compliance Liaising with Corporate Tax Accounting Group on all UK reporting Oversee preparation and filing of UK corporate income tax returns for all UK entities Lead TechnipFMC's relationship with HM Revenue & Customs Training and development on relevant UK tax and reporting topics You are meant for this job if: Must have: Extensive experience in tax compliance, tax reporting and tax accounting. In-depth knowledge of UK corporate tax, IFRS and UK GAAP Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to have: Experience of US GAAP, ASC 740 reporting and SoX compliance Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP, CorpTax, Alphatax, Excel skills Qualifications Must have: ACCA/ICAS or equivalent Nice to have: ATT/CTA or other tax qualification Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
