Working within a collaborative and well-supported team, you will contribute to a range of marketing and business development activities that enhance brand visibility and support regional growth objectives.Marketing & Business Development Assistant responsibilities include: -Event & Campaign Coordination: Plan and deliver a variety of events, including seminars, conferences, and webinars, and support the management of wider marketing campaignsCommunications Support: Contribute to PR activities, social media output, and marketing communications including press releases and content planningAdministrative Management: Handle budget tracking, diary scheduling, travel planning, and provide wider admin support to the marketing teamMarket Insight & Engagement: Attend networking events, assist with legal directory submissions, and gain insight into target markets to support business development effortsMarketing & Business Development Assistant requirements include: -Experience & Qualifications: A minimum of 12 months' marketing experience (ideally 12–18 months in B2B/professional services); CIM qualifications or ambition to study towards CIM are desirableTechnical & Creative Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, digital fluency (including social media and creative tools), and a detail-oriented, proactive approachTeamwork & Time Management: Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines within a busy environmentFlexibility & Enthusiasm: Willingness to attend occasional out-of-hours events and a genuine interest in learning about new markets and supporting business growthPackage for Marketing & Business Development Assistant:Reporting to the Business Development Manager this role will suit an enthusiastic and organised individual looking to develop broad marketing and business development skills.
