Private Client Solicitor (2-8 years')
A top-ranked Private Client team is looking for a private client solicitor to join its highly regarded practice in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside leading experts and be involved in a broad range of high-quality private client work.
You will advise on:
* Wills, powers of attorney, trust and executry administration
* Tax planning
* Complex cross-border matters
You'll also gain exposure to advising high-net-worth individuals, acting for trustees and executors and supporting clients with personal injury trusts and incapacity issues.
This is a client-facing role with opportunities to mentor junior team members, contribute to internal training and take part in strategic business development initiatives.
You will have:
* 2-8 years' PQE in private client or related areas
* Strong drafting and client communication skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* A genuine interest in estate planning and client care
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach
