Were currently recruiting on behalf of a growing logistics business for a Customer Service Agent to join their busy Colnbrook office.
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where youll handle queries, bookings and delivery updates while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
* Coordinating bookings and tracking deliveries
* Proactively resolving issues and keeping customers informed
* Supporting admin, shipments and fulfilment projects
* Working towards daily performance targets
About You:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confident phone manner and attention to detail
* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a proactive approach
* Previous logistics/customer service experience desirable
