Job Title: Support Worker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and emotional behavior disorders. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting independence, well-being, and social inclusion, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Location: Sudbury
Hours: Flexi - Days, nights, Weekends
Shifts: Monday - Sunday (Flexi shifts ) - You choose your shifts
Pay: £13.00 to £17.00 per hour (Depending on shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centered care and support tailored to the individual needs of children and young adults with Autism, learning disabilities, and emotional behavior challenges.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration (where appropriate and trained).
Support educational and developmental goals by assisting with learning activities, communication, and social skills.
Encourage positive behavior and implement behavior support plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families
