Working hours:
* Full-time (Monday to Friday)
* This is a remote role, with occasional site visits.
Our client is offering the successful Regional SurveyingManager:
* Basic salary of £70,000
* Bonus scheme

Regional SurveyingManager requirements:
* Minimum MRICS qualified
* UK driving license
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Residential Surveying
* Previous staff management (essential)
The role of Regional SurveyingManager will involve, BUT not be limited to:
* Manage and support a high volume of surveyors across the region you are responsible for, ensuring consistent performance and service quality.
* Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
* Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain professional and technical excellence.
* Drive performance and continuous improvement through regular feedback and coaching.
* Undertake site visits and provide professional support to surveyors when required.
* Provide technical support and guidance to surveyors, including answering technical queries and offering professional advice where required.
* Ensure compliance with RICS standards and internal quality procedures.
