What’s on Offer A friendly, collaborative team environment Supportive leadership Great benefits, including your birthday off Key Responsibilities Handling client receipts in person and over the phone Monitoring incoming payments and allocating them to client ledgers Preparing daily banking and making bank deposits Posting receipts and payments to ledgers Producing weekly new matter reports for department heads Preparing Priority and BACS payments Processing cheque requests through the case management system Creating time and ledger breakdowns for clients Checking completion statements, processing invoices, and managing purchase ledger tasks including payment runs Providing absence cover for other team members Supporting the Finance Manager and Practice Director with ad-hoc tasks What We’re Looking For Strong communication and organisational skills Excellent IT ability, especially in Excel Confidence in explaining financial information High level of accuracy and attention to detail A team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines REF: EN1029 Note: Hollyfield Personnel will contact successful candidates.
