In order to be successful, applicants must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' experience in SaaS sales targeting financial institutions alongside having a business level of proficiency in Italian.

The Position:
The appointed Account Executive will assume responsibility for:
* Driving new-business growth within the assigned territory across private banks, asset managers, MFOs & other wealth management providers
* Owning the full sales cycle: from initial GTM strategy development to implementation across the territory
* Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of strategic accounts using CRM & sales intelligence tools
* Working closely with marketing, product and client success teams to tailor messaging, refine the value proposition and deliver feedback from the field.
The Candidate:
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
* Fluent Italian speaker
(native or near-native level); additional languages such as Spanish are a strong plus.
* 5+ years' experience in selling SaaS or technology solutions to financial institutions (private banks, asset managers, multi-family offices, wealth managers).
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding new-business targets within an assigned territory.
* Skilled at tailoring value propositions and presentations to different client segments.
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, high-autonomy environment.
