We are seeking an outgoing and competitive Depot Assistant. We are looking for self-motivated people who can work well as part of a team. We would prefer experience in a mechanical plant or engineering background and will offer training for the right person.

Key functions and responsibilities:

1. Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the centre
2. Provide quality, prompt and courteous customers service
3. Always be well presented and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment as required
4. Provide customers with the required services, such as:
5. sale of off-the-shelf products
6. sale of custom hydraulic hose assemblies
7. arranging for MSST visits to customer premises
8. Log and process jobs through the IT system
9. Pro-actively promote products and services to walk-in customers
10. Assist the Centre Manager with stock control, ordering and distribution to the technicians
11. To provide assistance to Centre staff within the franchise when requested
