ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated Music Supply Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Selly Oak. This is a long-term role with an immediate start, offering a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and develop your teaching career. Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging and creative Music lessons across KS3 and KS4
2. Encourage students to explore their musical talents and develop their confidence
3. Plan and mark in line with the national curriculum
4. Collaborate with the performing arts department on extracurricular activities and school performances
Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Music at secondary school level
* Passion for music education and the ability to inspire students
* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check, and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
* All staff registered will undergo thorough interviews and referencing checks, and hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
