Are you currently working in the Custody Environment, do you have 12 months+ experience?

What can I earn?
* Salary will be discussed at interview.
* With typical overtime shifts at premium rates, based on actual earlier data, that’s another £3,500.
* Refer a friend and receive £500.
What are the minimum requirements?
* You'll be a qualified RN Adult, RMN (with dual registration), RGN or Paramedic
* Minimum of 12 months previous Custody experience, 2 years post qualification experience in areas such as General Practice, Emergency Medicine, Walk-in Centres, Substance Misuse Services, Prison Healthcare, Mental Health, or Ambulance Service as an Adult RN
* 3 years UK residency
* Current manual driving licence with no restrictions (to travel to other custody suites or local hospitals)
* All candidates are subject to police vetting checks
What does the role involve?
Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of HCPs providing detained individuals with accurate assessments and ensuring their care and wellbeing needs are met. You will monitor rota gaps and cover as needed, manage the HCPs, and ensure they are supervised and appraised appropriately. You will work as part of an integrated team with the Clinical Lead and Lead Senior to ensure local processes follow National Clinical Governance Standards and the Forces specific needs.
