As a 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on an individual basis. Your duties will include assisting with classroom activities, implementing individual education plans, and helping students with their learning and social development.

To excel in this role, you should have experience working with children and be passionate about education. An understanding of special educational needs and the ability to provide individualised support are essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also key for effectively engaging with students and collaborating with teachers.
While not required, any additional training or qualifications related to special education or child development would be beneficial.
This role is based in a school setting in South East England. You will work full-time hours on a temporary basis, providing one-on-one support to students with SEN. The salary range for this position is £80 - £90 per day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
