You’ll be working as part of a close-knit, supportive team in a school that places a strong emphasis on pupil-centred learning, emotional wellbeing, and structured support. Each child is encouraged to progress at their own pace within a highly structured and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience working with children with SEND (essential)
• A patient and resilient attitude with a passion for inclusive education
• Training in Team Teach, PRICE, Moving and Handling, or similar (desirable)
• A proactive and flexible approach to working across different classes and key stages
