Responsibilities:
* Continue research around relevant topics to support technical professionals.
* Supporting with developing online educational resources for students – ranging in online, print, newsletters and presentations.
* Organisation of a variety of initiatives to increase engagement with students.
* Assisting technical experts in organising courses, events and open days across the country.
* First point of contact for enquiries, utilising own knowledges to a number of different stakeholders.
* Working alongside volunteers, partnering organisations and local communities to increase engagement.
Person Specification:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in science, environmental studies, engineering, or a related discipline
* Passionate about your specialism
* Experience in a tutoring, customer service or people focused roles
* An interest in education, outreach, or public engagement
* Keen to develop and become a subject matter expert
* The ability to communicate confidently with both non-specialist and professional audiences
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good organisational skills
