They are looking for a passionate and creative Head Bartender to lead the bar team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The main responsibilities of this senior position are to design/create and introduce innovative, seasonal, and classic cocktails to enhance and evolve the drinks menu. To oversee daily bar operations, mentor staff, and manage rota schedules and train staff under their supervision, whilst ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, presentation, and service are met. To Manage the bar stock levels, whilst continually ensuring that cost-effective measures are implemented accordingly. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in premium cocktail bars. You will also be expected to possess strong mixology knowledge and have creative cocktail curation skills. Be able to demonstrate proven ability of leading a mentoring a team of bar staff and have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
