Electrical supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join a leading facilities maintenance provider on a high-profile site in Central London. This iconic and technically complex building offers an exceptional working environment with a strong focus on engineering excellence and professional development.The Role:You’ll be responsible for leading a team of up to six engineers, overseeing a range of electrical maintenance and supervisory duties across the site. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and infrastructure, including:

* Coordinating and managing electrical shutdowns and isolation's
* Supervising and supporting day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance
* Involvement in control system transfers and system bypasses
* Supporting the delivery of site compliance and safety standards
* Mentoring junior staff and helping drive high performance across the team

What We’re Looking For:

* Fully qualified electrically (e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ, 18th Edition)
* Experience in a commercial or critical environment
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills
* Willingness to be trained and developed into a High Voltage Appointed Person (HVAP)
* A driven, proactive attitude with the desire to progress within the business
