About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Permit Manager to act as the central point for permit coordination and facilities support on-site. This role involves overseeing contractor activities, managing permits, and ensuring smooth delivery of both hard and soft facilities management services. You will play a key role in maintaining site safety, responding to helpdesk requests, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for facilities-related requests and permit issuance.
Monitor and support contractors working on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Respond promptly to maintenance and helpdesk tasks, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct regular site patrols and assist with emergency responses when required.
Support security measures as a registered key holder.
Complete risk assessments and method statements using company systems.
Assist with room setups, equipment provision, and internal mail distribution.
Promote health and safety compliance and report any hazards or defects.
Maintain professional communication with clients, colleagues, and service partners.What We're Looking For:

Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
