Job Opportunity: Sales Support Team Member
We have a great opportunity in our fast-paced, highly successful Sales Support Team. You will be the first point of contact for our distribution customers, managing their journey from start to finish and providing updates throughout the process.
In this role, you will build long-term relationships with customers and collaborate with various departments within the company, including sales, warehouse, administration, and production.
Responsibilities:
1. Process customer sales orders through the Sales Order Processing system.
2. Respond to customer communications and queries promptly and professionally.
3. Build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
4. Liaise with other departments to ensure orders and processes are on schedule.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication, numeracy, and literacy skills, both verbal and written.
2. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
3. Experience working in a busy office environment.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
6. Professional yet friendly attitude.
7. Commercial awareness.
8. Interest in tiles, tile design, or design in general (not essential but advantageous).
