Role


Publicis Groupe is seeking an Influencer Insights Executive to join our bespoke agency team for a globally recognized client with iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare, and Food & Nutrition.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape influencer marketing strategy for world-leading brands. You’ll use a combination of data, insight, and creativity to guide clients in optimizing their influencer and social content performance — supporting their marketing transformation journey within Publicis’ Power of One model, integrating media, production, data & tech, social, influencer, and commerce to deliver end-to-end PESO experiences.


You’ll be part of a global team spanning 70+ markets, united by one vision: To build a better today, for tomorrow.


Responsibilities


Insight & Analysis

* Deliver regular performance and insight reports on influencer and social content to drive ongoing optimization.
* Conduct deep research into influencer, content, and category trends to uncover actionable opportunities for brand growth.
* Use social listening, benchmarking, and analytics tools to generate data-driven insights that inform creative and strategic recommendations.
* Ensure influencer measurement and reporting are fully integrated into the client’s broader measurement framework.


Collaboration & Delivery

* Partner with the Influencer Strategy and Activation teams to interpret data and translate insights into practical actions.
* Support the planning process with clear, evidence-based recommendations that guide influencer strategy and content planning.
* Contribute to ideation sessions — helping transform insights into creative, impactful influencer campaigns.


Operational Excellence

* Manage reporting timelines and deliverables with precision and attention to detail.
* Maintain consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all outputs.
* Proactively identify process improvements in measurement and reporting workflows.


Qualifications

* Demonstrated interest in influencer marketing, social media, and data-led storytelling.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong analytical mindset, with comfort working with data, trends, and performance metrics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives.
* Experience using social analytics or listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, CreatorIQ, Sprinklr, etc.) a plus.
* Team player with curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to learning.
