An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Analyst to join a growing specialist brokerage operating across the Lloyd’s, London and international insurance markets.

This is a broad and highly visible role, suited to someone who enjoys working at the centre of a business and wants exposure beyond a traditional back-office operations position. You will support the delivery of insurance broking and delegated authority services, working closely with brokers, underwriters, MGAs, insurers, clients and internal teams.

The role will suit someone who is organised, commercially aware and confident dealing with a range of stakeholders. You will be involved in operational delivery, client servicing, market documentation, process improvement, compliance support and reporting, while helping the business continue to build scalable and effective ways of working.

Key areas of focus will include:

* Supporting operational delivery across broking, delegated authority and client servicing activity.
* Acting as a coordination point between internal teams, brokers, insurers, MGAs, managing agents and market stakeholders.
* Assisting with placement administration, market documentation, client onboarding and relationship management.
* Supporting the setup, improvement and embedding of operational processes.
* Helping maintain strong compliance controls, documentation standards, reporting processes and data quality.
* Producing and maintaining MI for internal and external stakeholders.
* Supporting contract administration, premium and claims processing activity.
* Gaining exposure to Lloyd’s and London Market systems, platforms and procedures.
* Contributing to wider business growth through proactive operational and stakeholder support.

Requirements:

* Experience within insurance operations, broking support, delegated authority, underwriting operations or a related London Market environment.
* Exposure to Lloyd’s and/or London Market processes.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A client-focused mindset and confidence building professional relationships.
* Good attention to detail across documentation, data, compliance and reporting.
* Experience improving or supporting operational processes.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach.
* Good Microsoft Office skills and an interest in developing knowledge of market systems and platforms.
* An interest in progressing professional insurance qualifications would be beneficial.
