Our technology client is seeking a client-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their office of approximately 160 people, working within a collaborative team.
This role involves acting as the first point of contact for clients using various software services.
The position requires excellent communication skills, being tech-savvy, a fast learner, and the ability to liaise closely with teams such as Business Development, Production, Software Engineering, and Technical Delivery to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include providing and processing all relevant administration and documentation.

Bright and engaging, with a willingness to learn and use initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English degree or relevant experience).
Strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to juggle tasks, adapt, and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
A team player with a flexible attitude to meet changing business and client needs.
Proven track record in client services or administrative roles.
This position offers hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home, working hours 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional remote support outside of core hours.
