Your Role
* Lead high-profile urban design projects, including masterplanning, visioning, and design codes
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and communities to deliver innovative, sustainable designs
* Manage project teams and mentor junior staff
What You’ll Need
* Postgraduate qualification in Urban Design
* 3+ years’ experience in UK large-scale masterplanning projects
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CAD, and hand-drawing
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
