If you're an IT Support Engineer with a knack for problem-solving, excellent technical skills, and a passion for teamwork, we want you on our IT Service Desk Team Your Role: Provide responsive IT support, resolving technical issues and serving as a technical escalation point Ensure adherence to IT policies, and keep documentation and logs up to date Assist with onboarding/offboarding of teams with tablets, laptops, and phones Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain & support PCs, mobiles, tablets, internal phones, and printers Investigate and resolve helpdesk issues, identifying potential risks Identify trends, offer training opportunities, and assist with operational changes Manage ticket queues, update tickets, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs Recommend operating procedures and manage documentation Work solo or as part of a team, and handle other tasks as needed Desirable Skills: Great customer service and relationship-building skills Proactive ticket management Knowledge of Windows, Apple, Android devices Familiarity with InTune, LAN/WAN networking, Windows 10/11 Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and ITIL ticketing tools Windows Servers, Active Directory, and remote access management What We're Looking For: Strong analytical mind.
