Overview
Lift Winton is hiring a School Caretaker. The role is to ensure that the school functions safely and effectively on a daily basis, and that facilities are available and fit for purpose at all times.
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm), 52.14 weeks per year (all year round). Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Salary: NJC 12-17: £27,711 - £30,060 per annum + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits.
Start date: Immediate start date.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a clean and tidy site.
* Move items to the appropriate place and assist with minor repairs.
* Monitor contractors on site to ensure safe and effective working.
* Support daily school operations to ensure facilities are ready for use.
