The Governors and Senior Leadership Team are seeking a patient, empathetic, and caring individual with experience and/or qualifications in the field of SEND. Key Responsibilities: Offer 1:1 support for a child with SEN and behavioural challenges. Apply personalised learning and behaviour management strategies. Work alongside the class teacher to foster an inclusive classroom environment. Help the child build social and emotional development skills. Establish a positive, trusting relationship with the pupil. Requirements: ✅Level 2 Teaching Assistant A current, enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service. ✅ Effective behaviour management abilities with a calm and patient demeanour. ✅ A strong passion for helping children with additional needs thrive. ✅ Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
