The post holder will work alongside the team leaders, senior nurses and corporate nursing team to lead the Divisional services strategicdirectives in respect of the PNA role to improve clinical practice and education. This includes leading and coordinating the activities ofthe PNA and Clinical Supervisors (CS) roles through facilitation of Restorative Clinical Supervision (RCS) for all Primary and CommunityCare Registered Nurses. Additionally, the post holder will be responsible for delivering clinical supervision training for clinicians basedon the All Wales RESTORE Model including those employed by Independent Contactors.
