About the Role
MMK Nutri-Health Ltd an independent authorised dealer of Saladmaster is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers, dealers, and consultants by ensuring exceptional service and efficient handling of inquiries, orders, and warranty requests. You will play a vital part in maintaining Saladmaster's reputation for quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
* Process orders, returns, and warranty claims with accuracy.
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
* Resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
* Collaborate with sales teams, dealers, and distributors to ensure seamless customer service.
* Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
* Prepare and deliver service performance and customer feedback reports.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in customer service, administration, or related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail and organizational ability.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
