Job Summary
The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to the reception team to support our existing School Business Support Officer in our small, yet busy school. The successful candidate will provide general clerical and administrative support, general welfare support including liaison with staff and parents and help monitor and maintain the school MIS system. Excellent levels of communication are essential to ensure the office and school runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Provide general clerical and administrative support.
* Offer general welfare support including liaison with staff and parents.
* Help monitor and maintain the school MIS system.
* Ensure excellent communication to keep the office and school running smoothly.
* Maintain a flexible approach to work and prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Work schedule: Wednesday 8.30 am – 1.30 pm term‑time only, with possible extension to include a Tuesday.
Working Hours & Hours Extension
This role is part‑time and term‑time only. The salary quoted is full‑time equivalent, paid on a pro‑rata basis.
