What You’ll Be Doing
 * Lead UX Design initiatives, managing stakeholder relations and providing strategic direction
 * Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to develop personas, user journeys, and experience maps
 * Analyse usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and other user‑centered design methods
 * Present design solutions to clients, backed by research and best practices
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff and sharing knowledge
 * Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and deliver business value
Skills & Experience
 * Strong understanding of best practices and methodologies in UX and UI design
 * Experience in delivering end‑to‑end digital products and services
 * Proficiency in conducting user research, creating personas, and mapping experiences
 * Ability to present design solutions and communicate design thinking to clients and stakeholders
