Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our team. Duties
* Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
* Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for children, promoting their development and well-being.
* Support the planning and implementation of educational programmes tailored to children's needs.
* Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians, addressing any concerns or queries.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the nursery setting.
* Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
* Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment that values diversity.
* Drive initiatives that promote the nursery's vision and objectives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a management or leadership role within a childcare setting is preferred.
* Strong background in early childhood education or related fields, with nursery experience preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
* A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their growth through engaging activities.
* Ability to demonstrate effective leadership qualities to inspire and motivate a team.
