This is a key role within the commercial team, responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving sustainable growth, and delivering strong commercial performance across a portfolio of retail accounts.
The successful candidate will combine strong account management expertise with a hands-on approach to commercial planning, financial management, and customer development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop relationships with a portfolio of grocery and retail customers.
* Deliver sales growth through effective account planning, customer development, and commercial initiatives.
* Manage commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional activity.
* Monitor and improve account profitability and overall business performance.
* Prepare forecasts, budgets, and commercial analyses to support decision-making.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and operational delivery.
* Identify market opportunities and contribute to the wider commercial strategy.
