We are seeking a proactive and security-cleared Early Life Support (ELS) Engineer to support Phase 2 of the project at The Countess of Wessex Lines. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition and refresh of end-user devices in a secure and structured environment.Location: Calne Road – Lyneham SN15 4PZDaily Rate: – PAYE, – UMBContract Length: 19th January 2026 till 10th February 2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in setting up the Refresh Clinic under the direction of the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager
2. Relocate devices from onsite storage to the Refresh Clinic as instructed
3. Log into systems using devices provided, following guidance from the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
4. Perform laptop refresh activities according to project protocols
5. Accurately update the Contractor’s workflow management system at each relevant step
6. Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager
7. Ensure all devices are securely stored at the end of each day
8. Adhere to security protocols and maintain SC clearancepliance
9. Seek guidance from the Post Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager as needed.
10. Work collaboratively with onsite teams to ensure smooth execution of migration tasks.
Key Requirements
11. Valid SC Clearance (Security Check)
12. Experience in IT support, device refresh, or migration projects
13. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
14. Excellentmunication and teamwork skills
