We are hiring a Sales Negotiator to join our successful and market leading estate agency in our flagship Loughborough and Shepshed offices. Proficiency in administrative tasks and estate agency is essential.
Responsibilities include: Carrying out property visits and inspections, providing administrative support to the Sales team and office, Dealing with incoming enquiries and calls, Dealing with internal and external emails, Client contact, Providing support with ad-hoc duties in line with business requirements, Sales progression chasing, dealing with solicitors and clients with updates, data entering/ Registering clients on the system.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am -5pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays required 9am - 2pm.
Key skills required: Able to work well as a team and by themselves to ensure excellent customer service, Excellent computer and administrative skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages, Can-do, positive attitude.
Must have at least 1 years estate agency experience in sales.
