Are you caring, reliable, and enjoy working with children? We’re looking for a Playworker to join our friendly and supportive team at Cranbrook Education Campus.
As a Playworker, you’ll play an important part in creating a safe, happy, and inclusive environment during lunchtime.
Your role will include:
1. Supervising children in the atrium, playground, and during wet weather indoors
2. Encouraging healthy eating and positive social interactions
3. Supporting younger pupils with eating, hygiene, and routines
4. Promoting good behaviour and following school policies
5. Helping to set up and tidy away before and after lunch
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
6. Enjoys working with children
7. Is kind, patient, and dependable
8. Works well as part of a team
9. Has a good sense of humour and a caring nature
10. Can be flexible and use initiative when needed
Experience working with children is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
