Within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC), we focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to support and safe accommodation.

Due to extensive growth within the contract, we are expanding our Property Sourcing Team and are looking for someone with drive and passion to make a difference in Social Housing. Ideally, you will come from a background in sales and/or property (e.g., Estate Agency Sales/Lettings/Portfolio) and enjoy working as part of a team to identify and procure appropriate accommodation for AASC. Training and support will be provided.
Key components of this role include:
* Work with local agents, landlords, and investors to inform them of the property types and volumes required for the AASC contract
* Build a personal network in the area to generate a flow of suitable properties for the contract, forging strong relationships with property providers
* Meet with potential landlords to discuss requirements and identify prospects
* Complete and verify necessary paperwork/forms for properties, including EPCs, proof of ownership, planning permissions, meter readings, Local Authority Building Control applications, and other related documentation
What you’ll need to do the role:
First and foremost, proven experience in sales and/or the property sector/market. Training and support will be provided if needed.
This is a critical and demanding role where you will utilize your commercial and business awareness to understand the operating context.
The role requires a CRB (DBS) clearance.
Additionally, you must have a valid UK driver’s license and be willing to travel to events occasionally.
