Senior Marketing Manager




Location:

Billericay - Essex. (Hybrid working 2 days office based)

The Role:



Create a national marketing proposition and implement it across 22+ locations (and growing) in England and Wales, while maintaining a cohesive national strategy.

Ensure brand consistency across a multi-site organization and develop a strong brand identity.



Key Responsibilities:



* Strategic Brand Leadership: Manage brand strategy at both global and local levels for luxury or lifestyle brands.
* Creative & Campaign Expertise: Develop compelling brand assets, oversee photoshoots, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Digital & Multi-Channel Marketing: Possess awareness of digital channels with proven experience in delivering integrated campaigns. The role will primarily focus on offline marketing.
* Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead teams, coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple locations, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
* Luxury & Multi-Site Experience: Ideally, candidates should have a background in premium hospitality, leisure, retail, or entertainment brands.
* Client-Side Experience: Previous experience in senior marketing, campaign, or brand management roles within an in-house or client-side environment.



Key Criteria:

* Ability to develop and own the marketing strategy.
* Engage operational teams and address geographical challenges and local audiences.
* Create assets to maintain brand consistency.
* Experience working with luxury/high-end brands.
* Experience in a multisite, high footfall B2C environment.
* Focus on offline/traditional marketing channels.
* Experience working with third-party vendors.
* Knowledge of print, communications, radio, TV, and out-of-home marketing.

* A creative thinker who can incorporate ideas from outside the sector to enhance the Hallmark experience in line with business positioning.
* A problem-solver eager to take on new challenges.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* Influential with excellent communication skills.
