IFA Administrator
Nr Loughborough, Leicestershire (our Ref AL1409)
Salary c£26,000 depending on experience + benefits and performance related bonus
Full time position, office based, although consideration may be given to part time and hybrid working
My client is a Chartered Financial Planner and has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator.
The role will be varied and you will work closely with the Director, in providing a first-class service to their clients. Should you wish to work towards taking CII qualifications then this can be supported.
Main responsibilities:
* Liaising with clients and handling queries
* Working closely with the Director
* Working closely with the Company’s Network, ensuring that all practices and procedures are implemented and followed effectively
* Utilising the IT systems to their fullest in order to achieve the best client outcomes (Intelliflo / Intelligent Office)
* Preparing Suitability Reports from templates
* Processing new business and ensuring smooth and timely completion
* Ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to
* Quotations and Valuations
The Ideal Person:
* Wealth Management Administration experience
* Intelliflo / Intelligent Office / FE Analytics experience
* IT literate (Microsoft Office etc)
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prepare accurate Suitability Reports
* Able to work independently, efficiently & accurately and to use own initiative
* Good time management skills with the ability to manage own workflow
