We are the owners of 59 residential parks across England and Wales. We are currently looking for an office administrator to join our park ain Althorne, Chelmsford.
The job is 15 hours per week Monday to Friday- 9am to 12noon.
Duties:-
Provide a face-to-face service to residents and visitors
Assist with the administration function of the park on a daily basis
Dealing with residents' queries
Processing payments
Month end reconciliation
Answering the telephone
Liaise with park manager and area manager on all park matters
Banking when required
Delivering mail to residents' homes
Taking monthly meter readings around park
Showing potential purchasers around new homes
Keep stock homes clean and tidy for viewings
Dealing with sales queries
Any other reasonable duties
Experience required:-
General office and administration skills, dealing with accounts, basic Microsoft excel and Word knowledge
Used to working on own initiative, customer care, accounts, bank reconciliations, experience or knowledge of mobile home parks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
